Keeping Your Warranty Valid
Most product warranties depend on proper care & maintenance and professional installation. Follow the care guide for your floor, keep receipts from professional cleanings, and have the floor installed by a certified installer to keep your coverage intact.
Manufacturer Warranties
Depending on the product, manufacturer warranties cover things like wear, stain resistance, texture retention, fade, and structural defects, for terms that vary by line. We’ll walk you through the specific coverage on anything you’re considering so there are no surprises later.

How S&G Handles Your Warranty
Here’s where we work differently from a big-box store or any other flooring store: if a warranty issue ever comes up, you call us, not the manufacturer. Our in-house customer service team takes it from there. They set up the inspection, document the issue, and communicate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to get it resolved. You bought your floor from people you can reach, and the same team stands behind it for the life of the floor. It’s the kind of follow-through that’s easy to appreciate on the day you actually need it.
