Limited Lifetime Installation Warranty
For residential, owner-occupied homes, we warrant our installation work for the life of the floor. On carpet, that covers restretching, retucking at walls and moldings, and seam repair. On hard-surface floors, it covers things like lifting moldings, seams, and visual issues a certified installer can correct. If any of these repairs are needed years down the road, call your showroom and we’ll send someone to fix it.
What It Covers — and What It Doesn’t
This warranty isn’t transferable and doesn’t cover abuse, neglect, maintenance issues, moisture or water damage, animal damage, or acts of nature. Rooms need to be cleared of furniture for warranty work to be performed. A few practical notes: we don’t cut doors to fit a thicker new floor, and removing old baseboards can affect paint or wallpaper lines — we’ll flag any of this up front.
How to Request a Repair
Just call the showroom where you purchased, or our customer service team, and we’ll arrange the visit. Keeping your care receipts on hand helps any repairs go smoothly.
Keeping Your Warranty Valid
Most product warranties depend on proper care & maintenance and professional installation. Follow the care guide for your floor, keep receipts from professional cleanings, and have the floor installed by a certified installer to keep your coverage intact.
