Flooring takes more kinds of people than most folks expect. On any given day, S&G runs on in-home sales associates who meet customers in their living rooms and help them pick the right floor for how they actually live; showroom and inside sales associates who walk people through hundreds of samples; warehouse and delivery teams who keep product moving; and customer service and office staff who hold every job together from first measure to final walkthrough. We've been training people in this trade since 1948 — flooring experience is welcome, but it isn't a requirement.
