Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Every in-home estimate is free, comes with a set appointment time (no all-day windows), and ends with an itemized written quote backed by our No Surprise Guarantee.
What is a Shop at Home Appointment?
We bring flooring samples to your door, laser-measure your space, and give you a written estimate — all in your own lighting, with no need to visit a showroom. You can even place a deposit and start your project on the spot!
Do you price match?

Installation
Do you move furniture?
Furniture moving is available for an added charge; you’re responsible for knick-knacks and electronics. Just ask when you book.
How long does installation take?
Residential jobs can be completed in a day or two, but it depends on the size of the home, the subfloor prep needed, and the type of flooring chosen. We schedule installation once all your material has arrived to ensure the job can be finished in a timely manner.
What happens to my old floor?
We can remove and dispose of the old flooring as part of your quote — it’s itemized so you know the cost up front.
Products & Care
What’s the difference between waterproof and water-resistant?
Waterproof floors (like most LVP) stand up to spills and standing water (often up to 48 hours, depending on the manufacturer), while water-resistant floors (like many laminates) handle everyday spills if wiped up promptly but aren't designed for standing water. Regardless of the flooring type, all spills and moisture should be cleaned up as soon as possible to protect the floor and ensure the best long-term performance.
What’s the best floor for pets?
Luxury vinyl, waterproof laminate, and certain stain-resistant carpets are popular with pet owners. Choosing a carpet pad with a moisture barrier is critical. See our pet-friendly flooring guide for the tradeoffs.
Warranties
What does my warranty cover?
Two things: the product and the installation. Every floor carries its manufacturer's warranty, and all of our residential installations are backed by a limited Lifetime Installation Warranty, good for as long as the owner is living on the floor. Keep your professional-cleaning receipts, since some carpet warranties require them.
