If your flooring is not properly maintained, you could cause damage to your new floors or void your warranty. You should have been given one of our warranty books when your flooring was installed, but if you have misplaced it or did not get a copy, you can find our warranties listed below. If you would prefer a physical warranty book, please contact your nearest showroom.
Can't Make It In?
If a showroom visit isn't practical, our Shop at Home service brings the floor to your door. Our team comes to your home with samples, laser-measures your space, and leaves you with a written estimate. All free, six days a week.
