We are offering $100 to any past customer to invite us into your home and take photos and video of your beautiful new flooring. We also would like to get a video testimonial of how your experience was with S&G Carpet from the choosing the flooring with your consultant to the installation.
If you are willing to provide a video testimonial and allow us into your home we are offering a $100 Amazon gift card.

As part of the video testimonial and photographing of your space you will grant S&G Carpet and More the rights to use these photos and videos as promotional material for use on any media mediums including but not limited to our website, social media, television, and radio commercials.
To receive the $100 Amazon Gift Card the home must be presentable, tidy and ready for photos and video. The subjects providing the video testimonial need to be presentable and camera ready. This will be determined by the representative upon arriving on-site. There needs to be at least one person 18 years old or older in order to provide the video testimonial. Without a video testimonial we cannot gift the $100 Amazon Gift Card. S&G Carpet and More will send a representative to take photographs and film the video testimonial for use as promotional material for S&G Carpet and More. Upon filming, the subjects will be required to sign a release to use the video and photos for promotional purposes. The $100 Amazon Gift Card will be provided after filming and photos if all of these requirements are met.
If the representative arrives and there are no acceptable photos or video opportunities the customer will forfeit their right to the $100 Amazon Gift Card.
Participants must be past customers who both purchased product and installation from S&G Carpet and More who have made a purchase within the last 12 months of the visit. This will be verified prior to sending a representative out to the location using information provided by the customer.
If the customer wishes to have copies of the video and photos for their own purposes S&G Carpet and More will provide for the customer to use personally.
