Important Reminders

  1. We do not move furniture. It is not necessary, but feel free to move any items you would like us to clean under. We will clean around whatever furniture is in the room.
  2. All areas to be cleaned must be ready prior to our arrival, (carpet areas vacuumed and tile areas swept, etc.), as it will improve the overall success of the cleaning!
  3. In order to clean area rugs, we must have a waterproof area designated for such. (ie: driveway, garage floor, tiled floor, etc.)
  4. Please remember that quotes over the phone or via email are just a rough estimate based on unseen site conditions.  Your Technician will measure the spaces, assess your job when they arrive and give you an accurate quote before any work is started. (A room is considered up to 200 square feet. Oversized or combo rooms, i.e. Living/Dining rooms, are considered 2 rooms and will be charged as such.)
  5. Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, check or credit card.
